Client: Technophany

Technophany is a journal of the Research Network for Philosophy and Technology, it is dedicated to the philosophical and historical studies of technologies and the technosciences. It was founded in view of the need to create a singular and unconventional space for transdisciplinary reflections on philosophy, technology, and science, which is diminishing today due to dogmatic and siloed academic practices and their reluctance to confront challenges imposed by the industrial world. Technophany aims to facilitate original reflections and provocations on the philosophy and history of technology and contribute to the reshaping of the contemporary landscape of thought. Our scope is wide, and we invite authors to submit articles from all tradition in philosophy as well as from other more sociological or historical disciplines, seeking to engage critically with technology.
